 I would like to do a mild overclock to my system, and would like to get some advice. Any tips or settings anyone could provide would be a big help. I would like to get at least 3.0 ghz but 3.2 ghz would be nice. Just want a safe, reliable rig. This is my first gaming rig I built a while back and just want a little more out of it.

System is
XFX 750i SLI nforce Ex Ed. motherboard fsb 1333mhz
WD 1 TB 7200rpm hd, sata
ultra X4 1050w atx ps
2 BFG gtx 280 oc 1 g video cards in sli
intel core 2 quad Q9400 2.66 ghz
8gb OCZ SLI pc6400 DDR2 800mhz
nvida ed coolmaster case with 5 ultra fans
pci sound blaster x-fi xtreme audio
gateway 22" hd monitor 1680x1050 res

This sounds like a Venom or justin.kerr question.. awful lot of graphics power heading to a 1680x1050 res though.
If knowledge is power and power corrupts, then total knowledge corrupts totally.
