Not able to get readyboost to work on vanquish L4

I was going to test to see how readyboost works with vanquish level 4 win7 box and kept getting below message:

Readyboost is not enabled because the service responsible for Readyboost (sysmain) has been turned off on this computer. An administrator can turn this service back on.

Any ideas on how to fix? Wanted to make sure if there was a official DS solution before I googled anything. Could not find anything in the forum.

Doesn't windows turn off readyboost when you have an SSD drive as the primary boot drive like the level 4 does?

I wasn't sure if I should be using readyboost with a SSD so that is why I posted the question. I use it with my other computers but those are using standard hdd.
