I was wondering if a vanquish 5 can run on 3 monitors, and what I would need for that to work,if possible.
Anything helps,I havnt bought anything yet,cause I want to make sure it will work with three monitors first ,im new to pc -thanks, Jor Budget:$850 for the pc Expectations: Run all competitive games,like LOL,csgo,Starcraft ,and other major titles for fun Usage: Competitive gaming,casual gaming,and school work at home |

The level 1 Vanquish 5 with the gtx 1050ti video card can run 3 monitors. They typically have an hdmi, DisplayPort and Dvi monitor connections. Your monitors might need adapters to connect to the video card. If your monitors are all hdmi then you might need dvi to hdmi adapter, etc. Not all cards have the same connections but it'll be a combo of those three.
I hope your not gaming on all 3. The gtx 1050ti is an entry level video card, and depending on the monitors resolutions, like 1920x1080, it might bog down . Gaming on one monitor and using another for web work would be better.

You will need to include more info, such as the resolution of the 3 monitors you intend to use(1080p, 1440p, 4k, ultra-wide).
I don't play those games, but I can tell you right now if you intend to play any high fps games competitively, an $850 system will most likely be a disappointment. |

Well one of them is going to be a 24in Ben q rl2460 with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 at 60Hz And I havnt decided on the other two monitors

You'll want to bump the GPU up to the GTX 1070 to game on three 1080p monitors. A level 1 configured with a 1070 runs $1202...you can cut the price slightly ($21) if you don't need an optical drive.

Yes, you can most definitely upgrade at a later time. Part of the appeal of DS and other boutique system vendors is that they use commodity components, so upgradeability in the future is doable and pretty straight forward.

Running two monitors is as simple as running two cables from the GPU to the monitors. As bprat stated above, the GPUs today usually come with 1 DVI-D port, 2 display ports and an HDMI. Adapters are very easy to install and inexpensive.
I currently run two monitors on the older Vanquish 2 and upgraded GPU to a 1070 with only one DVI - Display Port adapter. |

The levels are simply referring to the "Good," "Better," "Best," and "Ultimate" tiers that DS offers, e.g., Good = Level 1.

Yeah, old habits are hard to break. They use to be labeled as levels 1-4 instead of the good, better, etc terminology. I like Levels better. |

Nope, can't change the case. The Vanquish isn't as customizable as the others, hence the savings.

for surround gaming (5760x1080p) at 1080p resolution you need at minimum a 4GB vid card. if you want to max out the bling, think more along the lines of a 6GB card. that means ANY of the Vanquish pc will do the job. hope this helps.
