NWN 2 really bothering me

So I bought NWN2 + expansion.  I load the game up with my beefy system, get all patched up (I am all up to date), get in the game, and 25-30 fps.  Umm, is this supposed to be like this?  I am running full settings but even when I turn AA all the way off I only get about 30-35 fps... anyone have any experience with this game or have any suggestions for me?

Turn off SLI in the 3d config by game, add it if you have to in nVidia Control panel.

Many times older games perform better with SLI disabled.
