I bought an ODE 4 back in 11/2011.  It came with 3x570 SLI and a i7 3930k 6 core processor. 

While this thing generally steam rolls everything i have run at it I cannot seem to get GTA to max out on the graphics even if I go against the manufacturers requirements. 

Has age finally caught up to the Ode 4 or am I doing something wrong?  If age has caught up what is an Nvidia graphics solution that would give me a noticeable performance increase? I genereally game on a 27 inch 2560x1440 Dell Ultrasharp monitor.

GTA5 can be a picky beast. You may not get ultra graphics on everything especially particle density etc.

You could try a lower resolution and see if that helps.
