OS, Games & Apps on their own SSD Drive?

I'm anxiously waiting for the arrival of my Bolt II. By default, it's coming with a 256GB SSD drive and I have 2 other 500GB SSD drives I'll be installing once it comes in.

Is there any benefit from having the OS, Apps and games on their own separate SSD drives or would it be better to run some type of raid 0 config and dump everything onto that drive?
