Overclocked or not? how to tell

I have a Vanquish level 4 with I thought was supposed to overclocked to some level, my silly question is how can I tell? Only thing I cane see is that it is running at 3.5 which is stock I believe.

The overclock kicks in under load, like a game for example.

Download CPU-Z, free, and run it while stressing the rig. The lower left of the screen will dispay your oc in hz. 4.4 mhz = 4400 hz. as an example.

You can also use HWMonitor to check your cpu core temps and graphics card gpu temp.

When Alex finally decides to give me one to help show case Digital Storm out here on the East Coast. I mean, if I had one of those, my stream game would be back on up. I could travel up to DC for con's and show it off and what not. But, nevertheless, DS has no want for me to be their full time travelling up and down the east coast showing off super cool DS stuff person.
