I paid $249 extra to have my PC built and shipped in 4 days. Anybody have any experience whether it REALLY does ship in 4 days??

Welcome to DS, robertden!
Although I don't have first hand experience using their express build service, from what I've read on various other posts around the forums is that they are really good at making that deadline. With that being said, if there are any issues during testing or OC'ing issues, it could delay your system (which is rare but can happen). If you don't mind me asking, what system did you order? And when you get it, please share photos and review if possible! |

A lot of people took the 2x gtx 660 route in sli as it slightly out performs a single GTX 680 for a cheaper total price (IE two 660s are cheaper than one 680). No shame in that.

I did it not to save money which was only $19 cheaper than the GTX 760 stock but because I couldn't stand to waste a GTX 660ti I bought only 3 months ago and then my mobo blew resulting in I need a whole new computer so I decided to SLI. But back to the 4 day priority build (didn't save $ opting for that-$249-LOL), this is the 4th or 5th business day depending how you look at it. You think they'll wrap it up and send now on time? I haven't got any updates in a couple of days. ???

Hi robertden.... I would contact DS, either phone or email, and ask the status. The four days is after processing which can be a day or so, but you would know when that was better than us.
Good Luck. |
