after doing a lot of research and picking pc parts and not having a lot of success I came across the Vanquish 7 and I wanted to know if it’s a good computer to use for console streaming to twitch?

Yes, it is good.
Anyway when you gonna make money out of twitch you can buy a better one :)
DJI has released Mavic 2 Pro version and Mavic 2 Zoom model. First one is good for photograohy and videography, second one is cheaper. Find more at Mavic 2 Pro vs Zoom page.
