A quick google search says a range of 30-50 C is good. Mine has a min and max value of 60C. Is this cause for concern with a Stage 2 OC or typical?

Only temps you want to worry about is core temps and gpu temps, forget the rest, as they may not be accurate and/or temps below 85c are fine.
