Removing Stormshield Packaging

I received my Vanquish 5 earlier today, and I need to remove the StormShield packaging from inside of it. I am not very experienced with computers, and require assistance on how to open it without voiding my warranty or breaking anything. I have attempted to call in twice to the California telephone number and once to the Canadian one. I was disconnected twice from California after waiting in line for 20 minutes each time, and the Canadian office was closed despite it being between the listed office hours. I simply require assistance in opening my desktop and removing the Stormshield packaging. Thank you to anyone who assists me, as the actual phone line is no help.

Hi Emmett... To remove the left side cover.... On the back of the cover is a thumbscrew that you remove. Then just slide the side cover forward and off. Gently remove the packing, not snagging it, and then slide the side cover back on, front to back .
