Budget:
$700-$1,200

Expectations:
I want a desktop that will start Windows 10 fast, handle 2 1080p monitors simultaneously running video (non-gaming) all day, every day. One will be for YouTube or streaming news, the other will be for random websites, many of which will have embedded video(s) that auto-load and play (like pretty much every news site out there), and I'll always have many tabs open on the 2nd monitor. I simply want a desktop that won't overheat, won't stall, and won't suck at letting me run HD content all day. I do not currently game, so I'm not sure if a GPU is worth it in my circumstance, but if it can benefit, I'll consider it. I have been led to believe a GPU may or may not be worth it in my case. I just want the best non-enthusiast desktop ever.

Usage:
Heavy non-CAD multitasking, but non-gaming

Special Needs:
I need the latest config of Vanquish 7 to include SSD in level 2. :/

The Vanquish level 2 is the only build here to fit your budget, but doesn’t include an SSD for fast loads.     You can’t reconfigure Vanquish, they are as-is, but you could add your own SSD later on.

If you could stretch the budget for level 3 you would get a SSD, better cpu and video card.    Heavy multi tasking might also use more ram, 16gb vs 8 gb included and that could also be added later if you found the need.
