Our start up marketing company is currently looking for a reliable management software. We're using one right now but unfortunately, it's not user friendly and using it is to time consuming. TBH, it's a complete waste of time and money.

We currently have 20-25 employees and we need a management software that has recovery and backup features, completely accessible, preferably cloud based, not too hard on the pocket, with document control features, capable of providing full reports and regular audits. Does anyone here know of any kind of software that we can look into? Suggestions would greatly save us quite a big headache! TIA.

Hi Alex,

We're looking for a quality management software to track our company's systems and activities and provide us with updated reports and charts for monitoring purposes. It also has to have back up features to make sure all reports are not lost for some reason.

I won't disclose the one we're using now since we still have an ongoing contract with them which will end in June. A partner company suggested that we look up Sparta, ETQ, and Intelex. So far, we've checked ETQ's quality management software but have not yet gotten around to checking Sparta and Intelex.

Have you heard of any of these companies before or others companies you can suggest?Anyone with first hand experience on this type of software? Recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

We also faced this problem in our company. And we had used a document control software which helped us to track all our company documents in a master database. Hope this will fulfill the requirements of your company too. Here is that document control software. If more details are required, let me know.
