So, Im thinking of adding an ODE 3 to my DS arsenal but after reading the reviews, Im a little confused about the space left in the case.  Is there room in there for me to put in a sound card when it arrives?  Thanks

Well taking a quick glance at the picture DS has of it, it should have two PCIe x1 slots free with its two 570s installed, one above each of the large video card slots.

So as long as you pick a sound card that is only one slot wide and fits in a PCIe x1 slot, then yes you can.
