Stuck in stage 1?

Hello all!
I recently purchased a vanquish 5 level 1 with some modifications. My payment processed fairly quickly(1 day or so), but the order has sat in stage 1 for around 4 or 5 days already. I'm just concerned about whats going on as the customer panel is implying that no progress is being made?

I also tried to use the chat support to contact a representative to ask them these question and I told him what was going on and he ended the chat??

Just wondering if what's going on is normal or if there is something wrong happening.

Thanks for any info you guys can provide!

It is perfectly normal.

I just checked on your order, we processed it this Monday to Stage 1 (8/22). Your order will take up to 15 business days, which puts it around (9/12). You should see some email updates of your order within the next few business days.

Mine got placed the same day as yours, and same activity. :D  So you are not alone.  Mine should have been a bit earlier, but the finance option took way longer than it should, but that's another company.

Don't worry guys your not alone mine has been stuck in stage 1 for a week now. Per Alex its normal when it's busy. We will get an email when it moves and it should move pretty quick unless you have a complicated build.

The AVENTUM has truly had a wait. It's all over soon, we're ramping up production in the next two weeks for AVENTUM builds.

Well, reached Stage 7 late yesterday, so in theory, it should ship today.  I will be quite disappointed if it doesn't today as that means 2 days lost over the weekend.

Trying, but it still hasn't shipped despite the email saying it should ship within 1 business day of passing stage 7.  It has been 2, going on 3 now with the weekend between.   The estimate of 10 - 15 days has been exceeded now.

I ordered mine 8/19 it's a Velox lvl2 with no lc just fans so nothing too complicated.
