So I'm not sure if this is my internet not sending the support ticket or something, but twice now I've tried to e-mail digital storm about a problem I'm having with my computer and I haven't gotten a response. The first time I tried was well over a month ago, and the second time was just a couple of weeks ago. Any idea what could be going on?
