So my 2nd hard drive I got as a (1TB Seagate) non SSD drive. Looking to swap it out in my Bolt3 down the road to a SSD, what would be the best way to transfer data in hope to not to havet o reinstall stuff so it recongnized on the new drive. Approx 931 GB of space have been used up.

most ssd manufacturer's have cloning software that either comes with the ssd or you can get from them at little cost.

Hi Masimo, db188 is correct, you want to "clone" your current drive to the new drive.

Cloning basically duplicates/copies ones drive to another completely, as in everything.
