Thanks to a recommendation from these forums I downloaded Everest, a great utility.  I run it in a sidebar and can choose which performance specs I want to see there.  Can someone tell me which specs are the most important to monitor (CPU/GPU temps, fan speeds, etc.)?  Should I set temperatures to show in degrees C or F?  Finally can someone tell me what the "red line" numbers are for the key categories?  Many thanks.

Your GPU is ok over 80 degrees celsius, but try not letting your CPU get that hot.
