Received my DS Extreme 3 preconfigured a couple days ago and I'm extremely happy with it. This is not my first custom computer. I've owned 3 computers made by the "Alien" over the last 13 years. With the purchase of my last Alien I felt that their quality and customer support had fallen substantially. With that in mind I decided to take my business elsewhere and had narrowed my choice down to 3 custom builders. I had quite a few questions for James and he patiently answered every one of them to my satisfaction. After reading the forums, I was extremely impressed with your attention to detail, the quality of your components and the fact that your customer/technical support is handled in house and not outsourced to Costa Rica or India.

My new Extreme 3 shows a pride in craftsmanship and runs like a cat on crack.

Thanks DS, you've got another convert. I'll be recommending you to anyone looking for a custom built computer.
