I got an email saying my computers motherboard didn't have enough SATA ports for my build, and I should upgrade to a better motherboard. Which I knew was a mistake because I ordered the build that they suggested. I dreaded calling the customer service thinking they wouldn't care or believe me, but boy was I wrong. I think I met the nicest woman on the planet, she was understanding and very helpful! She proceeded to fix the issue in a matter of 10 minutes! All I could hear was smiles from everyone in the room making sure to take care of me. Her name is Tammy and I have never had a better experience with customer service in my life!

How is this possible in this day of age??? How do you need more than 3 or 4 ports? Are you aware there are reasonably priced 6-8TB HDD's? How??? (Sorry, but this is incomprehensible to me)

lol, what is an Aventum X? I didn't even know that could possibly be a thing (eventually) until now. I am oddly upset about it not being ready now.
