 MY bolt 3 order JOURNEY
My first week looking at digital storm I was memorized. Astonished about how a company did the things they did. After looking at pricing and all the nerd modifications a dad nerd could desire, I decided to go with the bolt 3 with the i7 quad core etc. let's not forget the sweet liquid cool stuff these guys are mastering as well. So after research and finally submitting the funds for the purchase I noticed something Odd... After a week or so... Still no stage one. Finally after a week or so and some apologies later I'm told the bolt 3 cases won't be in until possibly Friday the 29th ( such a bummer) cordial and very polite talking to customer service who are actually fabulous considering I can only imagine with these reviews around the web some of the people they deal with. So after more research here and other places some think these cases etc won't even be available until June?! Doesn't sound like April 29th to me?! But at the same time somehow my computer is on stage three now... Does that mean I did snag a case?! Fingers crossed guys cause who know how long this will take. I'm also moving at the end of May hoping it would be here by then at least too... Only time will tell but the build up to the machine won't make the little nerd monsters in my brain stop! Welcome to the wonderful computer world of Digital Storm. The Bolt is a special computer that those who like small, really like the bolt. It is not my style but those who have them, love them. From time to time Digital Storm has delivery problems with certain cases and it is your misfortune to have hit one of those times. Just hang in there as best you can and your dream machine will be forthcoming. If it's in Stage 3, that means the team is testing the rest of the hardware and waiting for the case. If it goes to Stage 4 and Stage 5, then you are in final stages of testing before QA.

Yes I am but im not waiting until the end of damn June either. I have a back up build worse case but I don't want it to come to that. I am trying to build a super machine so I can play star citizen and some other upcoming titles. |
