I'm from India and am planning to buy the Vanquish 5 level 4. The problem here is there is a voltage difference in India when compared to America. There is a term called Universal AC input in the corsair 750 watt PSU which claims that it can accept 90 to 264V. Is it safe to just change America's 2 pin adapter to a 3 pin one so that it can fit here in India?

Yes you can.  I believe it would be a NEMA 5-15 male, US, to BS-546 Type D, India.  This adapter takes multiple type plugs for conversion.

yes you can i think. you just have to find the right adapter to the voltage that you have there in your country. technology is expanding and creating more solutions. there were adapters that has the ability to accommodate different kinds of plugs for conversion.

The power supply will switch between 240v or 120v, you just need the correct plug.
