Unknown Unconfigured Device after Win10 Update

After the Windows 10 Creators Update I have a device driver that hasn't migrated.  I don't have a lot of useful clues.  The best one that I see is from the migration report from when the update installed:

Device ROOT\MEDIA\0000 was migrated.

Last Device Instance Id: ROOT\MEDIA\0000
Class Guid: {4D36E96C-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Location Path:

Searching on the Class Guid above, I see that it is a code for RealTek.  Any ideas on what driver I have to grab and install?

If your search showed Realtek, then my guess would be the audio driver for your motherboard or any sound card you might have.
