First of all i would like to say i really have been enjoying my pc. I would like to know if the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO would fit in my case, im asking this because i have a stock i5 cooler and the ram is less then 1cm from it.

Should fit no problem.     The Hyper 212 heat sink is 51 mm wide, so 26mm from center of cpu.  Add another 25mm for the fan on the front.  Worse case, the fan overlaps the first ram stick a bit, but the fan is an easy clip on.  But, I don't think you'd have to.

Hyper 212 is a relatively small after market cooler.
