USB Still power after PC Shut down

Good Morning-
Loving my new rig (awesome job DS), I wanted to make sure all power to the USB hubs were shutoff at night. The light on the gaming mouse and keyboard was driving the cat crazy after the PC was shut down since power was still being delivered to the usb ports.

I went into the bois APM configuration and enabled S4/S5 and it's all good. Is there any downside to this at all?
