What is USB Wi-Fi Dongle and what is it's use? Suppose if I want to work online, in between internet becomes inaccessible, in that case I am not able to work and my time is wasted. How can I get intenet accessibelity all the time whenever I want? Can USB Wi-Fi Dongle help me out there or there is some other solution to this problem?

It acts as a WiFi receiver (or transmitter in the case of a Soft Access Point) so your computer can connect to a WiFi network. If there is a WiFi network available and you have signal strength and authorization to be on the network, you are good to go.

I use a WiFi dongle on an older computer and it works just fine. Instead of the larger dongle that hangs off the USB port, I use one with the seperate dock with USB cable. Either work.

If your internet connection fails, you need a cellular dongle. Not worth it unless you travel where there is no WiFi. If you have WiFi already and a tablet (I don't have a smart phone so I can't tell you about them) you can rig it as a personal hot spot and get back on the internet. I have done it this way a couple of times when the internet connection fails. The house continues with WiFi but no access.
