I've been using the NetGear N300 Wireless Adapter for quite some time now. It was the first chance I had to make my desktop Vanquish II wireless. The N300, while at the time, seemed a decent enough piece of hardware, I would experience random drop offs and freezes pretty much daily. I thought this was normal.
I have since purchased the Panda 802.11n Wireless Adapter about a month ago and I have only experienced one connection drop in that time. That drop was the fault of the modem and not the adapter. If the computer you buy does not have wifi compatibility, and you have to get an adapter, you have to look at this Panda Wireless from Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Panda-300Mbps-Wireless-N-Adapter-button/dp/B00JDVRCI0). Just leaving this here for future reference. |
