I have recently obtained my vanquish 4 lvl 2 pc, how much of its 600w psu is used under full load with default hardware?
Im planning to upgrade its i5 6500 to an i7 6700, 16gbs of ram, and a msi gtx 980 ti Will it have enough wattage? or should i buy a better power supply?

You should be fine. You'll probably see around 400W drawn at the wall (after PSU inefficiencies not counted in the PSU output rating) at full load.
