Hey guys, I'm new here I got a question. On the vanquish 5 is the cooler it comes with the "Digital Storm Vortex 120mm Radiator Liquid CPU Cooler" good enough for overclocking if I change the processor to the 6700k? Thanks guys.

Its not the best cooler but if you go vanquish you are stuck with it, if you are doing light overclocking it will do fine, but don't be surprised if the pump fails on it after a year or so, they have a bad rep for the pump going bad.

It's basically the Corsair H80 if you want to Google it.

All you had to say was that it would fail in a year no thanks. I'll just get the apollo with 1070 but a better cooler. I need something that'll last a decent amount of time :^) thanks guys

Not sure yet. I might try to squeez some more money in the budget for the hydro lite. Or I'll be going with the H115i or H110 gtx. I'm assuming digital storms hydro lux system is the best? Sorry I'm ignorant when it comes to liquid cooling |

With all in one coolers it tough to tell, but if you gonna go that way I suggest you go either h115i or even better hydrolux lite.
Also I'm not saying the h80 will fail in a year, I'm saying they have a bad track record but not all of them have a pump failure, the h115i is the newest but still it has the least amount of negative reviews, the other ones have many bad reviews and personally I have not had a great experience with them myself. So based on all of that I recommend the h115i or the hydrolux lite (swiftech hx220 x2). |

Yessir, I understand. I personally have a horrible track record and horrible luck when it comes to computer parts failing, or being DoA,(first prebuilt from --------- the cooler busted and fried everything, then I tried building my own computer, which is my current rig, it took 2 mobos, 2 power supplies, and 2 gpu's to finally work right, and now after 4 years its starting the early stages of hardware failure ) which is why I want a prebuilt, so If I can take some chance of something not failing I will! haha thanks for the info Competitor name removed.
