I just bought the Vanquish 7 Level 2, I'm so happy, proud and excited, any tips, advice or comments that you guys have towards the Vanquish 7 Level 2?

Before following Snaike’s excellent advice , my advice is to unpack it gently after delivery and remove the expansion pack inside the left side if there is one.   You might not.    Eyeball the insides closely for anything apparently loose, broken, bent.    Chances are heavily in your favor that all is well. Depends on shipping handling.

Most importantly, make sure the monitor is plugged into the graphics card and not the motherboard.    There should be a sheet within the binder to illustrate this.   

connect to your internet provider after plugging the modem/ router cable into the back.

No need to update anything right away, except maybe a printer driver.    Some make the mistake of updating Bios, graphics card and doing system reset.   It comes ready to play.    Later on you can update graphics card driver if you want.   Not all updates need to be done.

If it works , don’t fix it.

Thank you all for the positive comments, bprat I have a question about plugging the monitor to the pc, I already have a monitor and an HDMI cable, I can just use that to plug it in and start using it, right? And other thing is that once I turn it on for the first time the only thing that I'm going to have to do is setup my Windows 10 profile and that's about it, DS crew will handle all of the software updates and etc before shipping, right?

The graphics card should have an HDMI port you can use.   Sometimes they have plastic caps covering them that you remove.   

You don’t even have to setup Windows unless there’s a Administrator setup you like to use.    I’ve just turned them on and used what DS setup.

Congratulations and welcome. You can get the "Verified" badge by using the same e-mail used on the order.

You can use the hdmi cable but be aware that sometimes it is the source of issues. And you are correct in that the system is ready to go with the exception of your W10 profile. No need to update drivers unless you start having issues with programs/games.

AND don't forget to plug in a wall outlet and turn the psu on for power. If using a power conditioner/surge protector place in front of the ups, if also using one.

It might be a couple of days longer than I would think, but 3-4 days isn’t unusual.   All depends on how busy they are, parts availability.......

It’s in their interest both business wise and for customer satisfaction to get it done as soon as possible, so hang in there.

Yup..that's pretty normal. Remember, day/weeks are in "Business Days" so don't count Sat/Sun.

UPDATE - The Vanquish system has been shipped already, it should arrive sometime next week, I was wondering since I can’t do Ethernet WiFi, does the system come with a good wireless signal reception or should I buy an adapter?

The Vanquish has no wireless capability.   You can buy a USB WIFI dongle that just plugs in externally.   Lots to choose from at Amazon, Best Buy, etc.

fwiw - Check into Asus (AC55 ~$42 or AC56 ~$60) - I have the AC55 and the throughput is excellent!!!
I also have a Vanquish L2 that I've had for 3 months and it is a great build by DS!!!
