Velox Level 4 vs. Hailstorm II level 2

   Budget: $4,500ish,  probably in two or three months

Expectations:

Eventual 4K gaming.  But of course high frame rates on games with high-end graphics.  Oh, and I'll be adding a second 1TB drive from my last computer.

Saved Ticket #: Velox: 1358328 vs. Hailstorm II: 1358333

Specifications:

In both cases I'd be upgrading the SSD to 500GB and I'd be dropping the lighting on the Hailstorm and bumping the 1TB drive on the Velox to a Western Digital - Black Edition.  Otherwise I'm thinking of going with the base builds.  Unless I upgrade the fans too.

Questions:

First, what are the advantages of one relative to the other.  If I'm reading it correctly the Hailstorm has a new and faster processor that has four cores vs. a six-core ship on the Velox.  Also the motherboard looks like a step up on the Hailstorm, but I'd like to hear others thoughts on this.

Also, do folks think it would be worth upgrading the fans?  On one, but not the other?  The description makes it unclear how many fans are upgraded, and for $99 plus tax I'd kind of like to know in advance.

I'd appreciate folks thoughts.  Thanks in advance
