What cooling does the Vanquish level 3 have

Hello, I am not sure if the level 3 version of the Vanquish has improved cooling and if its any different from the level 4. I hope to overclock so would the cooling in this pc allow me to?

I believe they both use the same cooler. Zalman CNPS5X is the last I heard.    

Not sure the overclock potential. Google the cooler for test results .
