How do i get the Batman ark code that came with my system. Is it suppose to be in the accessories box?

However, from the news the passed few days, I wouldn't get my hopes up for a playable game. Apparently the PC ported version of this game is so bad that Steam has pulled it and Rocksteady has penned a letter of apology.
