Which one would I want to look into?

So yeah I know I've found the right place to get a new desktop but I can't seem to make up my mind.
Budget:
$2000
Expectations:
A lot of memory (and Windows 10 but I'm guessing it's standard with these)
Usage:
Trainz 12, T:ANE, Minecraft, Vegas Video Editing and various Steam Games along with browsing.
Special Needs:
A lot of space for videos.

I was torn between the Vanquish 7 Lvl 3, Lumos and Velox for a while. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience?

Best bang for your buck is the Vanquish.   If you build a custom Lumos, etc you do have a ton of options for adding more memory and storage but your budget will be blown.   Vanquish is shipped as-is, no changes in the configuration.

Welcome. What is the monitor's resolution that you are going to hook up to? Like bprat22 stated, best bang for the buck is the Vanquish but ....
