Since upgrading to Windowsd 10 from 8.1, my SLI graphic cards are idling in the 60's Celsius when they used to idle in the 30's Celsius. I have the latest Nvidia drivers. Any idea what to do??

First thing that comes to mind is ...

... blow the accumulated dust off?

If the dust isn't an issue, then we would need more info...like what are your system specs?  Are you using a 3rd party program like MSI Afterburner to control the cards' fan speeds?  I have read where some are having issues with Afterburner after upgrading to Win10.

Any other fan controls , etc that might  need new drivers for Win10?

Maybe whatever program you're reading the temps with has an issue with Win10.  Try a different program, I use HWMonitor with Win 10.     All guesses.
