Hi meschert,
The only thing the Eclipse lvl 2 has going for it is the size of the case. It has a mini-ITX motherboard that doesn't support SLI if you should want to add a second GPU. It does come with a wireless AC card. For a $100 more you will get a ATX SLI motherboard, double the size of the SSD, A 750w power supply and a better CPU cooler with the Vanquish lvl 4. The two system will be similar in performance but the Vanquish lvl 4 is the best bang for the buck. Especially when it comes to expansion or upgrading. Good luck with your choice. I'm really loving Witcher 3 on my older Vanquish 2 Ultimate. It has the GTX770 and barely breaks a sweat with the demands of the game at the higher settings.
I would recommend Vanquish 3 ultimate unless, like Frank says, you're really looking at a smaller rig. |

I agree with Frank and Snaike. The gtx 970 in either of them will play Witcher 3 on a single 1080p monitor or tv with no problem.
Good luck. |
