x17 level 2 laptop

Hi I was looking through DS laptops because my friend said they had the best gaming computers. I was looking at the Digital storm x17 level 2 laptop. Im going to be using in college and wondering if this laptop is ideal for gaming and college use. I was wondering what this laptop could handle.

My question is can I play sc2, rift, d3(when it comes), crysis etc.. in high+ settings, I wish I can purchase a desktop but can't when going off to college. Or if you have other recommendation it would be great. Thank you.

How much $ are you willing to spend to play Crysis on high on a laptop?

My max would be around 1,700-1,800 USD not much but if it can run the newer games that are comming out for pc in high settings, or medium working perfectly without fps lag would be great.
