Did the text of the forum change?

I feel like I've asked this exact same question before, but I swear the text changes on the DS forum from time to time. I know it's probably just me, but its only this particular forum that seems to do it.

Looks good here.    I can also select levels 3 and 4 in config on my Kindle fire. Not sure if its related but that selection hasn't worked for a couple of months. Does now.
