Budget:
about 2500-3k

Expectations: no need for new pc for 3-5 years and play most games now with no issue at max settings

Usage:
mainly for gaming...battlefield 1,No mans sky,minecraft,ark survival evolved,doom,and surfing web

Special Needs:
none

Specifications:
not sure if this config is good or not im not to tech savy and ive never bought a pc from DS but i see alot of good reviews and see they do alot of testing before shipped out,i just want a new pc that will run all my games at max setting and fps and not have to worry

Hi White69tiger....The Bolt config looks good to me.

My only suggestion is to select the Windows CD and partition under Recovery Tools.   If your drive dies, you'll have the CD to fall back on.

If the monitor is 1080p or 1440p then the gtx 1080 works.   A 4K monitor would want a 1080 Ti card.

i totally forgot about a monitor was thinking of using my 40 inch TV for a monitor its a Sharp AQUOS LC40D68UT 40-Inch 1080p LCD TV think this will be fine? and i will take your advice for the windows cd =D

Should work just fine.    For a 1080p display, the gtx 1070 will max out games.   It would save you some money.    In 2-3 years you might want to upgrade to whatever has come out by then anyways.   Just a thought.

Think im going to pull the trigger on this build 1633289 later today unless theres something i can do to improve build?......thankyou bprat22 for helping switching from 1080 to 1070 graphics card saved some cash thats always helpful even more so if anything over a 1070 is redundant for 1080p monitor.


is it worth maybe upgrading to stage 1 cpu overclock?

Unless you pick the stage 3 overclock to potentially 5.0 then I would save the money.   The Kaby Lake 7700k Turbos to 4.5 anyways, so all is good.
