i just got my DS system earlier today, hooked it up abit ago and for some reason my monitor is stuck at 1280x1024 resolution, its a 23" 1920x1080 though.
so i thought it might be the display drivers went to LG site and got the drivers tried to install them and i got a 'failed to install' message i tried my native DVI cable and got no signal coming from it , im using the DSUB > DVI adapter right now also something i noticed, i dont see any kind of software/drivers for my GTX 275's , it doesnt show up in CPUID either, anyone got any ideas?

go to device manager and tell me if under "display adapters" there is any yellow or red marks.
also see what GPUz says. Edited by DST4ME - 06 Nov 2009 at 12:47am |

go to add/remove programs and see if you see any graphic drivers listed, if so uninstall them and then install new drivers and see if that helps.
any chance you can give us a shot of GPUz? Edited by DST4ME - 06 Nov 2009 at 2:32am |

well.. did some self diagnosis of it, i re seated the vid cards and when i put them back in i noticed artifacts appearing everywhere, from bios to windows load. took out 1 card and now everything is fine 1920x1080 res and i can see the temps of the one card in CPUID. i guess i got 1 bad card.. or shipping was just too hard on it
gonna call tech support tomarrow and maybe get a replacement sent out DVI port is now working on the one card also probably not needed now but ill post it anyways
EDIT: sarah also diagnosed it as a bad card, new one on the way soon hopefully
