Hi brk...Welcome to the forums.   That's a pretty decent build but I would make some changes.

The 300R case will probably work with the 680's lower power demands and no oc'ing, but you really want the most airflow you can get .  We always recommend the HafX case, it is the best, but it would  kick you higher than your budget.  Look at the 500R for it's side mouinted 200mm fan that blows right on the components.

8GB ram is all gaming can use.

Change mobo to Z77 Deluxe.  The Extreme mobo is for multi gpu setups with added cards like audio etc.  The Z77 has WiFi, Resident USB 3.0, and other features you might or might not need.

If you don't want oc'ing change cooler to the A50.  The small stage 2 cooler you picked isn'r as good.  The A50 is  an air cooler that is very reliable and will get the job done.  Not much to go wrong with a block of cooling fins.

The single 680 will play games on your monitor on high settings.  To play  BF3, Metro ,etc on Ultra you'd need a second, sli 680 and that would be expensive.

Config # 678541    Cost $2138

Another optio is the ODE lvl 4.  For less money you get the same gaming plus a SSD, nice case.  But it is oc'ing and the mobo doesn't allow for sli in the future.  The oc'ing on the ODE is easily removed.  Just default setting in Bios.

See what you think and good luckBig%20Smile

thank you for your response. i was wondering about cpu. which cpu should i choose without oc? 2600k or 2700k? in the future, if i want to change cpu or get a sli nvidia etc. will i be able to do that on this mobo? and what is the difference between 8gb 1600mhz - 8 mb 2000mhz. and i thougt, 16 gb memory is necessary for the future.

so, like i said, i ordered benq xl2420t 120hz 24" 3d monitor. will i be able to play games with for example 1920 1080 and ultra settings with 60 fps or higher?

The difference between the two cpu's is so small I don't think it's worth the $55 but it is a bit higher clock without going to oc'ing on the 2600k.

The Deluxe will do sli and the new ivy bridge chips coming out will slide in no problem.  You might want to wait a couple of weeks when, supposedly, and we know how that goes, the new i7-3770?? will be out.  That way you're not buying two cpu's.

The difference in ram clock speed you'll never see in gaming.

I believe this monitor is 1920x1080 which means a sli 680 would be needed to do ultra and keep fps above 60 at all times.  It would play and look great at high settings but your call.  It gets expensive when ultra settings and 60+fps always is desired.

Plus, if you play in 3D, then that's like using two 1920x1080 monitors.  3D is two images at once being rendered to get the 3D effect.  Even a sli 680 might dip on occasion into the 50's whcih you probably wouldn't even notice.

i see. this is all about money. :) sli 680 kills my budget. so, what do you think about this new cpu's price? and one more question. what does ssd provide in gaming? should i choose one extra ssd?

Yep, it's all about the $$$Cry    I think you'll game just fine with a single 680, just not maxed out.  Lowered aa settings, etc. play and look very good.  Plus, you could always add later.
From all I've seen, the new ivy bridge will be about the same price as current sandy bridge, but I can't say for sure.

People that have solid state drives swear they'd never go back, with boot to os 20 seconds instead of a minute in a half, and games loading scenes a bit faster.  It helps but cetainly not needed if budget is tight.  If you can, go for it.
