I was so impressed by this beast, that when my water pump malfunctioned, I took the opportunity get a few upgrades done. I constantly contacted them, telling them what I wanted to add. I may have taken awhile, but all upgrades were added with no hassles or exceptions. I couldn't be happier! 

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a company so dedicated to quality customer service. It's very easy to get in contact with them (except on Mondays). I can't recall the last time I was able to have a decent and friendly conservation with a customer service agent. Digital Storm is one company that has its priorities straight. We all know that the moolah is the bottom line for most businesses, but the customer always come first.
