I must humbly apologize to DS and the good folks on this forum. I advertised my 4 year old DS system for sale on the forum due to building my own system. I see it was removed which means it was considered taboo to do. Didn't see any rules preventing this, but I can understand if DS prefers we do not make a sales site out of this valuble forum. Again, I hope there are no bad feelings over my transgression and it won't happen again.

No problem at all. We just did not want to have a bigger issue start if we tried to help two customers sell/trade a PC on our forums.

Hey Michael2A.....I've found the best place to sell parts or complete machines are forums where people know to go look for such things. MaximumPC forums have a good place. If you're a newer member, the mods will look through your post first just to keep out the spammers. NBR marketplace is another good spot. Same with EBay now that paypal is involved. Lots of general purpose enthusiast forums where all us techies go to look for parts Smile

Buy everyone on the forums who is legally able to drink and wants to have one, a beer. All 5000 bot/spammer accounts can have their beers forwarded to my address. If you are unable to currently purchase beer, then you may wait until you are able, then do so.
