Well, I'm staying home sometime this week to get some work done. I'd just like to plan and see if it will be the day my system arrives. It was in stage 7 at 4pm on friday (central time). I payed for ground shipping, and I live in nebraska. So if it shipped tommarrow, how long do you think it would take to get here? And what about tuesday? I was about to stay home tommarrow if it wont be here this week, because I really dont feel like waking up early tommarrow. I know its somewhat of an estimate, but just wondering :D

You should get a tracking number to whichever shipping company they use either fedex or UPS but i would guess probably a week. If it ships tomorrow which i assume it will it might get there probably either in the middle of the week or at the end

Well if you don't get it this week, you may get it early of next week. Just keep track with your tracking number that you will get. I'm just guesstimating

Well yea, but i'm thinking about staying home TOMMARROW :) But Im (was) getting my Drivers Licence and Passport on Friday, but I was thinking about doing it tommarrow because I don't feel like waking up early. So if its going to be here NEXT WEEK, then Tommarrow would be nice. But if its Wensday, Thursday, or Friday, I would like to stay home them. What do you suggest!?

Just giving you an example of my shipping time from CA to MD using standard shipping. As ArkWoman777 mentioned you should get a tracking number and be able to follow your delivery. My delivery was via FedEx and I had them deliver to local FedEx store since I was unable to be home to accept delivery. Local FedEx store open til 11PM so pickup was no problem for me.

Well thats literally on the opposite side of the country. I mean, in that case it would be here maybe Wensday! My monitor and speakers wont be here until thursday thought :/ I wasn't expecting it to be this quick. It said 10 - 15 days, and it was on stage 7 on the 3rd day.. Well i'm stuck on what to do, being honest!

Looks like ours may be in a race!

I am in Minnesota and mine was in Stage7 on Friday too.

Since Nebraska is right off I80, my money is on your computer. I am about 500 miles past you.

Well now its only 1:35 p.m in Cali so theres still plenty of time for it to ship today

I'm at stage 7 also with:

Estimated Shipment Date: 0-1 business days (Mon-Fri) from 4/4/2014

Deny Deny Deny.... The thought of the computer in the truck for that long scares me. Air is bad enough....   

However, DS's packing is awesome.

My guess is that they were likely wrapping them up today and will send out a bunch of e-mails as the day wears on. If I were shipping things from a small business, I would get everything out the door, then send all the e-mails after. Usually UPS has a specified pick up time from that particular small business location. Especially one that sells larger items.

The only weird thing for me was that I got a mail on Friday morning saying it passed Stage7...then I got the exact same e-mail this morning. lol

Turns out mine did START shipping today :) It hasn't officially shipped yet though, the UPS status says this.

"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."

I don't know how long that will take, but im guessing it will START shipping officially tomorrow! Can't wait :D Hopefully it will be here this week? I'm either taking Thursday or Friday off, so the tracking number should helped out a lot.

Pretty Cool ! It will be at your home before you know it! Then you will have a beast to play games and just do PC stuff if you like. I have had mine over 5 years and love my DS system! Have made a memory and GPU upgrade recently but it was still a great machine even before I upgraded. It is really nice to that Digital Storm systems are great the day you get them and are easy to upgrade eventually as technology changes.

It was a visit some, (good lord!) 35 years ago.

Ok, now the race is on between UffDa, Over_Lord and AshesDen. Over_Lord has been scratched due to performance enhanced shipping (3-day air). AshesDen is the now the odds-on favorite due to a central location, but UffDa may be closer to a shipping hub.    They're at the gate.... AND THEY'RE OFF!

Coming around the first turn they're neck and neck!

Yea that's what I thought. It says it will be here BY Friday at noon. But have talked to multiple people who all got there's 1 or 2 days early! Guess we will have to wait and see. Last update was it left CA transit.

I have not seen that mine left CA...BUT, mine does say Friday as well.

Tracking updates aren't always accurate.   They can show still being 2-3 days away and still get delivered the next day if that's the delivery date.   In most cases, the delivery date is accurate and updates just drive ya nuts.  Big%20Smile
