That awkward moment after placing your order for your second system from Digital Storm, you realize that you forgot to make sure that Google Auto Input included the apartment letter to which the very pricey order was shipping to.
Le sigh, well. At least I can contact customer support and have them add that tiny little detail to the current order though right? :P (I also wholeheartedly promise to actually review the new PC I get, I forgot to do it for the first one which I absolutely love.) |

If I've already submitted a support ticket to Customer Service via the "Request Help" function on the website explaining the situation, providing the order number and providing the correct mailing address, would you still recommend calling in Nav? |

I'm obviously not a DS employee, but honestly I'd probably give them a call if you don't hear anything within the next 24 hours. I've had a few Support Tickets slip through the cracks, whereas I've never had that problem with getting things done via phone.
