My guess would be a spacer they use to separate the tubing, both for looks and less movement.

Pull the right side cover and see if there are others.

A call to DS would be the best bet.

Here we go with the age thing...

Truth is, after reading bprat22's response, I realized that I removed this spacer from the CPU tubing when I was installing the two water-cooled 980ti's. They say that memory is the first thing to go... LOL

 LOL Love it. I can't remember sh*t anymore.
PS: my skate key was way different, more like a hex key, it only adjusted the tightness of two clamps holding the tip of the shoe with a leather strap for the ankle. Ahh, metal wheels.Big%20Smile
