I give them a 9.99 rating. Almost perfect but nothing is perfect so I think that is the best score anythimg rated can receive.     After I receive my rigg i'll review my hole DS experience here and at resellerratings.com

I think the best customer support in the computer business is the one you dont need.

Well after some delays due to Alex trying to get me a deal that didn't work out, my system is finally into step 2. I am amazed that he even brought it up so that defiantly shows their dedication and non-greed. i have left emails only to be called back or emailed back within a day due to my odd hours of being able to communicate, usually alot faster then a day and only a day if i send one at night. so far it would have to be about a 9/10. Ordered 10/5/08

Yesterday I orderd a gto ships if orderd before 12 pacific time at 11:35 pacific time at least thats what my invoice recipt says but when I contacted customer service I was told the order was at 12:07 and therefore had not been mailed out yet is this normal? Also my order has not yet been processed.Hopefully I will have it mailed out todaylike the representative stated. Its not that big of a deal but the web site may be a little misleading with their statement that says ships today if orderd before noon.

thats probably why, its always better to call them when ordering.

I know how you feel, and you want it right away, but I have learned the hardway that its better to be patient when dealing with PCs and such.

yeah couldnt wait any longer right now im running a p4ht dell with anew 550w psu and 8800gt512 it doesnt quite cut it anymore. Cant wait for my new system.

I can understand that, I got a few xps-s here, 2 of them are gen 3 and gen 4, my gen 4 is sporting a p4 3.8GHz
