Hopefully the freight delivery company will work with me schedule wise and at least get it in to my apartment, 3rd floor with elevator.

IIRC the Aventum model comes banded to a pallet. Bring a good hand truck, some wire cutters and a 6pack for the helpers! Good luck and enjoy that beast.   

And yes, pictures!!!!
