At Digital Storm, we are always looking for ways to improve the quality of our product and user experience.
We understand it can be frustrating if a new user receives a system and has issues with it out of the box. We are adding a new practice to further perfect our time tested quality assurance process.
Every system that leaves our facility (new orders and return service units) will be sent to our QA Stability Test department. Inside this department, a team of individuals will run grueling stress-tests on every unit that will maximize a complete stress your processor and memory. This test is required to run for an extended time and afterwords is sent to the QA department for a final inspection.
This way, we have an entire set of different individuals testing the units twice to ensure there is a consistent quality standard amoung all of our units. This will also iron out and find issues with units that may of never been found unless the unit was unplugged and moved to a new location to be set back up and re-tested.
I hope you all see the benefit of the practice and also the determination of Digital Storm's engineering to ensure our customers receive the industry's finest product.
Cheers,

This is a great idea! I know these are the best systems money can buy and this is a process that will catch the majority of the issues that people have, that being faulty parts, not faulty builds!

Hopefully this will help with my 2nd return for the same related issue!
I won't mind a longer testing / burn- in process as long as it goes out of your doors in perfect working order. It seems like you guys have had my puter longer than I have . I love DSO, bit I want my rig back ! ! ! ! |
