Hey guys, I have 2 3007WFPs.

I got the 2nd one today. The 2nd one is noticeably cooler in tone tho. Not the end of the world or anything though.

But any ideas why? Could it be because the older one is...older?

Check the Nvidia settings for the monitors.  I altered mine to turn down the brightness, for example (later I just did that in the monitor controls and returned the Nvidia to application controlled).

If they're the same, then I'd go through the monitor's internal settings to see if there's any changes. Lastly, the manufacturer could have made some firmware updates, it could be using different components, you never know. You could try to email the manufacturer as a final resort.

It might be using diff components...

Both of them came w/ a CD. However I was never able to install the software.

The setup asks me to 'Insert Disk: 1' even though there is only 1 disk, and it's already in......

Any ideas? (thanks for the help anyways)
